Trade qualification is manually reviewed by Nortex. Customers cannot approve themselves, choose their own Trade tier, bypass MOQ, or bypass the £500 Trade minimum.
Retail Mode
Public or Preferred retail pricing, no Trade MOQ and no Trade minimum.
Trade Mode
Approved Trade tier pricing, per-SKU MOQ multiples and £500 merchandise subtotal minimum.
No Stacking
Retail Preferred benefits and Trade pricing cannot be stacked.
Profit Floor
Any Trade price must pass server-side contribution protection.
Account Included
Apply and create login credentials
A business can apply for Trade review directly and create or sign in to its Nortex customer account in the same form. Submission only creates a pending application until Nortex manually approves it.
Trade Application
Apply as a business and set the customer login used later for Trade Mode. Nortex reviews applications manually before assigning any Trade status or tier.
